I have successfully managed 3 plasma centers for Grifols by engaging employees and mentoring them to meet regulatory requirements. I have opened a new plasma center and acquired an FDA licensure for that center. The center I am working in now has high quality standards and has exceeded the company goals for performance indicators for several months. I have hosted multiple audits with regulatory agencies and exceeded expectations. I have assisted with other centers within the company by mentoring, training and guiding plasma center leaders. I train and develop future leaders. I support continuous improvements to ensure company goals are exceeded.
