I am currently the Senior Human Resources Manager for an Aviation Organization consisting of over 500 personnel. I supervise all personnel services to include talent management, evaluations, strength management, Soldier benefits, training, finance, and accountability.

I was the Senior Enlisted advisor for the Office of Defense Cooperation. I managed all administrative functions for a 10 member Office of Defense Cooperation staff, and 31 attached Defense Cooperation Agency personnel. I served as the Embassy Budget Chairman for International Cooperative Administrative Support Services valued at 8 billion Dollars. Supervised all office management, maintained all high dollar equipment, coordinated for US Embassy support, and was a direct liaison with Singapore, the US Govenment, and United States Indo-Pacific Command.

I recruited qualified personnel for entry into the United States Army.
