OVERVIEW:As a Manager at the Children's Outpatient Services clinic, I supervise 6 staff, as well as manage the day to day operations of the clinic which employs over 40 clinicians. I am accountable for the management of client records, maintaining and tracking inventory of office supplies, coordinating clinic needs such as maintenance, repair or replacement, resolution of client concerns, billing reconciliation, chart preparation for audits and maintaining and managing the accuracy and functionality of practitioner schedules. In addition, I coordinate Human Resource tasks including credentialing, on-boarding, payroll and tracking of employee training and performance.

As the Office Manager at American House I provided the highest quality of customer service to a community of over 80 residents. I responded and addressed resident concerns, conducted resident activities, monitored and addressed building maintenance concerns, responded to emergency situations, scheduled and performed tours for prospective residents and processed incoming and outgoing resident mail.

As an Operations Coordinator, I was responsible for monitoring the online and offline activities of over 300 employees. I created comparative reports for the regional VP of all inbound/outbound calls, as well as provided Operations with monthly reports that reflected overall team achievement toward goals. I assisted in the coordination of company events, provided training for new employees, provided overtime incentives for vendor events and implemented mandatory overtime to ensure company goals.
