Primary duties include coordinating and assisting with tasks related to the execution of Requests for Proposals and coordination of energy projects. This includes contact management, compilation and distribution of RFP materials, tracking RFP activity, gathering bids, and notification of final results. Other duties include managing the billing, AP, AR, bookkeeping, and payroll for the company as well as coordinating the business and health insurance policies, and other general business administrative duties.

Greater Denver Area

Worked with the Vice President of Energy and Development Managers to provide project administration and administrative support for the Energy team. Assisted with the pursuit, bidding, interconnection, installation, tracking, sale, closeout and reporting of utility scale energy projects, mainly in North America, with some exposure to project tracking in Europe and Asia. Worked with external utility contacts and internal contacts to gather the requirements, information and documentation for bidding purposes. Assisted with preparation of numerous energy related bidding, project and closing documents including interconnection and service agreements, power purchase agreements, NDAs, SNDAs, EPC agreements, MIPSAs, Guaranty's, etc. Created, tracked and dissolved LLCs as necessary for bid submittals. Created, tracked and dissolved, as necessary, internal project identifiers for accounting and reporting purposes. Set up contracts, purchase orders, paid invoices, tracked insurance, created and tracked change orders, kept lists of all sites, status of buildings, google earth files, buildings in use for solar, buildings available for solar, buildings not available for solar. Created solar rooftop leases, lease rooftop guidelines, and other lease related documents. Assisted with the sale and closing proceedings for successful bids. Continued to work with external and internal contacts as necessary on ongoing needs for the closeout of the project. Over 100 megawatts of solar energy installed. Worked with Energy Team as well as the Senior VP, Head of Construction and Development of the Americas in an administrative capacity, on a global basis, to provide assistance with travel, calendars, schedules, event coordination, expense reporting, etc.
