➤ Successfully developed a strategy for building a new safe deposit box escheatment team and repository solution, which ultimately resolved years of escheatment backlog and closed a Matter Requiring Attention.➤ Directed, managed, and supported incidents including data breaches, physical incidents, and safe deposit box escheatment drills across a network of 5,200 branches.➤ Led the Enterprise Compromised Data, Operational Risk Events, Safe Deposit Services, and Incident Response Management teams, across both US and Manila, including 6 Managers and 100+ FTEs.➤ Played a key role in the company delivering on its vision and building lifelong relationships with customers, living the commitment to the highest ethical standards and maintaining the valued trust of customers and communities.➤ Expertly designed and implemented critical technology tools that would allow the businesses to effectively meet new Service Members Civil Relief Act (SCRA) regulations for their safe deposit boxes.➤ Implemented I&P strategies to shift US based activities to the Philippines, saving 20+FTEs, while working with peers and assigned business units to manage special projects and initiatives.
