Technology Specialist/Customer Service Manager/CsmHarvey Lexus Jul 2015 - Present2550 28Th St SeI was asked to come back to Harvey Lexus once my kids were in school to bring our loaner car program back into compliance. At that time I also took over control of new car prepping/preparing for sale and the used car reconditioning and certification through Lexus. Since coming back I have also been the Lexus Vehicle Technology Specialist for 4 years. In this position I would teach customers how to use the technology in their vehicles in ways that best suited them and answer all questions. I was also the liason between Lexus Technical and our customers and technicians for any issues related to remote start and application controls. I am also the warranty manager and program coordinator for the Lexus Certification Program(making sure associates have completed testing and schedule training). As needed I help with overflow from the service department. I am also used for de escalation processes on the rare occasion we have upset customers or poor communication.
