I assisted the Public Policy division in day-to-day office operations, including supporting meetings using state-of-the-art video conferencing technology. I ensure that our presentations are visually engaging, and provide expertise in the recording and editing of informational videos.In FY23, my role expanded to include data analytics for the Alzheimer's Impact Movement (AIM) using Power BI and agile project management of the redesign of AIM's internal web portal.

I managed Trinity Lutheran's strategy for volunteer engagement regarding music, directly supervising eleven individuals while coordinating and supporting the contributions of a separate twelve-person team. During the pandemic, our organization maintained a pre-pandemic revenue level despite physically closing our doors by designing new operational procedures from the ground up. This personally involved:- Producing over 120 YouTube videos receiving up to 850 views, implementing content requirements and quality standards that I developed with leadership - Inspiring teams to deliver content 5 to 10 times faster than industry standard by improving operational efficiency, standardizing internal processes, and utilizing state of the art technology- Consistently rolling out new capabilities/features by effectively prioritizing team education and workflow, scheduling project deliverables for maximum engagement, and strategically designing our information systemAdditionally, during May of 2021, I negotiated a major repair for our musical equipment (~$10,000 for the first of three projects to be scheduled over the next five years)—analyzing existing contract terms, coordinating competing bids, and presenting the final proposal to 100 voting members, receiving unanimous support.

I maintained our organization’s CRM database, and created periodic financial reports. I incorporated new functionality to customize our reports, integrated our CRM data into Google Calendar, and streamlined report generation and distribution.Additionally, I support food bank clients and interact with leadership to craft weekly communication to over 300 members and visitors.

I served as the point of contact for business inquiries and published weekly content for marketing applications. I created novel data visualization tools for teams within the organization, and I recruited a communications director to redesign the organization's website.

I designed and implemented a digital file system enabling technicians to access and reference 30 years of service tickets for over 400 customers remotely.

I worked under Dr. Joseph Tan in the Atomic Spectroscopy Group. I researched the atomic structure of highly charged ions, designing custom components and analyzing data.This research was part of UMD's Chemical Physics PhD program.

During the summer of 2014, I automated data analysis for a novel spectroscopy system and reduced the cycle time by a factor of 200. I continued this work in 2016 by assessing the reliability of the system and creating a procedure for assessing the quality of the data.
