Help support and guide employers and apprentices through apprenticeship pathway. Mentor apprentices in areas of essential soft-skills. Coordinate with Ministry of Labour in registration of apprentices. Establishing good working relationships and collaborative arrangements to help achieve the goals of the program. Facilitate employability skills workshops within the Tools of the Trade Bootcamps.
