Consult, assist agencies with routine applications and corrections in processing human resources paperwork (hires, retirements, transfers, return from leave, layoff lists, etc.). Evaluate applications for accuracy, completeness, consistency and compliance in accordance with applicable civil service laws, rules, policies and procedures and/or collective bargaining contract provisions.Attend staff, section, division and agency-wide meetings, trainings, and human resource conferences as required to keep abreast of changes. travel to state agencies to provide technical assistance; listen and respond to customer concerns. Answer telephone, direct visitors and assist when/where needed.

Assist Human Capital Management Analyst (HCM), state agencies, and the general public by exercising professional HR judgement; review HR information in OAKS HCM; make updates and assist agencies in obtaining information necessary to respond to more technical inquiries. Asist in monitoring, preparing, and processing forms and reports for the Agency HR Support Unit.Participate in seminars and trainings regarding new procedures, agency-wide meetings, and trainings for human resource personnel dealing with OAKS system testing. Evaluate and enter personnel, payroll and certification actions as directed by Senior HCM Analyst. Maintain agency and layoff files and prepare routine documents and reports.
