Responsible for attracting and recruiting high calibre and diverse students across the Executive MBA, Full-Time MBA, Distance Learning MBA and a portfolio of pre-experience Masters programmes, delivered from both the Warwick campus and the state of the art teaching venue in London, the Shard.

- I manage a team of five graduate specialists involved in recruitment, training and agile hiring for the Birmingham site. - I oversee the recruitment process of over 50 junior hires on site each year, working with the team to deliver excellent training and job rotational experiences for all incumbents.- I am the Team Lead for the diversity agenda in the graduate recruitment space. I work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to deliver focussed programmes to support and engage key corporate target groups including;- LGBT, gender, social mobility and BME. - As Professional Development Manager, my role evolved from providing coaching and work based experiential projects for the Batchelor of Business Administration undergraduate programme to providing practical employability focussed Masters modules for International and domestic students. - I designed an Academic and Careers Skills module for face to face delivery and on-line, independent study using Blackboard and Moodle to support learning. This module design was innovative, in that, it was under-pinned by practical career based skills and competencies to support students in their personal search for career enhancing work placements. Delivery of this course was via an in-house VLE and a new, pilot ePortfolio. - Students were actively supported and coached by myself to develop essential business based skills through experiences and reflective practice. They were also coached and advised on the production of CVs and how to present themselves effectively in interview scenarios. The role required a high level of coaching and motivational skills and diversity and cultural awareness.- I was actively engaged in a number of business-wide strategic working parties including;- the Career Ready Skills Strategic Working and the LTAEC forum. In the latter arena, I represented the company on areas such as employability skills and ePortfolio learning. - I regularly engaged with global stakeholders who championed the initial programme from sites in the US, Mexico and UK.
