I am a person who prioritizes integrity. I have extensive experience with public school teaching and have become proficient in organization and flexibility. I have been confidently managing and training both children and adults for decades. Leadership skills are evident along with communication abilities including writing and speaking. Problem solving and professionalism has been required throughout my career.My strong work ethic includes passion and empathy for diversity and inclusion in communities and the workplace. As the founder of a non-profit in the small town where I live, I have gained a deeper understanding of the importance of fair treatment for all people. I believe the ability to understand people as individuals while working as a team is a critical skill and is required for success. Given my positive and outgoing personality along with my professional experiences, I am happy to report that I am self-motivated and have a strong level of emotional intelligence.
