Assist and support the work around the Facilities Condition Assessment project. Maintaining relationships with all contractors working with the Boston Public Schools Operations Division. Day to day management and liaison with FCA vendor. Visits school buildings as needed to support the Facilities Conditions Assessment Project. Creation of presentation materials as needed. Maintaining relationshipswith all contractors working with the Boston Public Schools Operations Division. Coordination of significant projects: responsible for the oversight and coordination of projects. Support in coordination and reporting on disbursement of all COVID materials across the district. Monitors ongoing challenges and contributes to the development of project plans. Performs other responsibilities as requested by the Data Analytics Manager, the Deputy Chief of Operations, and Chief of Operations.
