Support the Digital Advertising Sales teams regarding LIN Media properties, including their 30+ television stations’ news and entertainment mobile/desktop websites. Play a key role working with each market to manage their day-to-day needs efficiently and effectively. Work quickly in a very high volume and fast paced environment to help solve complex problems and lead in the execution of ad campaigns. Key responsibilities include: screening, trafficking, and reporting online campaigns for multiple assigned stations. Troubleshooting sales campaigns within the ad server and communicat any issues to the assigned stations in a clear and professional manner.Primary Responsibilities • Efficiently manage Insertion Orders while providing exceptional communication with local sales teams • Work with Campaign Strategists for full understanding of strategy and goals • Traffic all ads into the ad serving platform (DoubleClick for Publishers) • Ensure proper functionality of Rich Media and 3rd Party creatives by testing in the ad server environment • Ensure proper communication with the appropriate contacts during both the Insertion Order and Ad Trafficking phase • Creation of pacing (OSI) reports to make suggestions for campaign optimization • Ensure all ad orders adhere to creative, technical and legal specifications • Troubleshoot HTML, JavaScript and/or Flash code within ads to correct issues with clickthroughs • Understanding of internet products and all relevant specifications, guidelines, availability and spot performance • Support ad sales while being the mindful of viewer experience and advertising guidelines • Responsible for reporting ad performance metrics as well as creation of billing reports as assigned per campaign for accounting

Design graphics for use on the WLUK Fox 11 website. This included, but was not limited to, client ads and special promotions.

Design and implement graphic ads for use on all 42 websites throughout the company. Meet with the sales staff to plan, analyze, interpret and create designs to meet their client’s needs. Develop design ideas, multitasking 10-15+ design projects at one time, working with tight deadlines. Create: special promotional web page designs or display, newspaper ads, graphic ads/designs, brochures, monthly company-wide newsletter, sales pieces, teaching documents. Central contact for the Interactive Dept to receive, organize and assign (if needed) all internet/web elements/items, verify internal accounting information for orders, generate revenue reports, gather and explain web statistic, coordinate and set up audio stream ads, inform/teach sales team Interactive selling and available options to sell, design radio station logos (as needed). Teach correct usage of Interactive elements to On-Air staff: blogging, social media networking. Communicate ideas visually, verbally and in writing.

Design and implement web sites using design, SEO, keyword research, Press Release writing and submissions, photo editing, etc. Create online eLearning training programs.
