After selling my own business in the same industry, was recruited to Branch then District Manager for Portamedic. Had worked as a contractor since 1994 completing insurance physicals, phlebotomy, drug and breath alcohol testing. As Branch and then District Manager, had complete P&L responsibilities for over $20 milion in revenue and a $12 million annual operating budget. Direct reports consisted of 4 branch managers and 1 area sales manager. Organization had a total of 140 FTE's and contractors. Awards included: 110% incremental profit, the highest out of over 300 branch offices, market share awards for highest market share in organization, profitability award for 40% profitability and awards for exemplary customer service. Was awarded "Branch of the Year" for the same achievements.Took a 1 year break to relocate to the Chicago Market and worked for Kelly Healthcare Resources, then rejoined Portamedic as District Manager over Illinois and NW Indiana while maintaining a consultative relationship with Kelly Healthcare Resources.

Over the years worked as a patient care tech part time, full-time registered nurse on Med-Surg- IMC and Oncology units, per diem nurse on Med-Surg IMC, and also worked as a Clinical Nurse Leader on a renal transplant unit.
