I have considerable experience in matters involving contract disputes, employment litigation, insurance coverage, product liability defense, and protection of businesses from trade secret misappropriation and unfair competition. As Discovery Counsel, I assist clients with all aspects of discovery and, in particular, e-discovery issues related to the preservation, collection, and production of information related to litigation. I also counsel clients on compliance issues involving cyber security and data privacy.
