Process included but was not limited to:• On-boarding new vendors.• Working alongside of our Accounts Payable and International Tax teams. • Drafting license agreement summaries and meeting with executive staff to assure agreements are within budget, signed, and then tracked accordingly. • Ensure that payment is made to rightful rights owners and confirm when received.

Responsible for the following tasks within the independent music publisher:• Administered publishing agreements with new clientele. • Categorized and transmitted data entries into formal database.• Created sync briefings for television, new media, and commercial advertisements.

Responsible for all program necessities that ensured the station ran smoothly including the following tasks:• Utilized software such as Playlist Editor and Music Master to arrange and compile thousands of songs into day-to-day programming.• Approved new original content for social media and on-air.• Scheduled and maintained a student staff of 50+ utilizing Google Suite.

Responsible for the following tasks while assisting the Roadrunner Promotions department at Warner Music Group:• Assisted Promotions staff and Regional Radio Promotion Directors with general clerical and department work.• Handled promotional shipments of products using PMDJ.• Gathered data utilizing Mediabase, BDS, Insight, MediaConnect, and Nielsen to present to the team for status updates.Created e-blasts and promotional material for latest releases using Mail Chimp and Photoshop.
