As a Senior Implementation Consultant, I was responsible for supporting efforts to design, develop and deploy the functional components of Alcidion solutions. I led communications with customer subject matter experts to understand requirements, provide training, triage issues, and contribute to change management. I liaised between diverse stakeholder groups, technical teams, and product owners to ensure successful project delivery. This included working internationally, with Alcidion colleagues based in Australia and the United Kingdom, and Alcidion's Partner Better based in Slovenia.In this role, I was designated the Lead Clinical Implementation Consultant on the “Hawera eMedicines Project”. This Pilot Project was a first-in-type for the Southern Hemisphere. I also contributed to Alcidion product development, leading discovery for new medication related EPR features, working closely with Product Management and UX Designers

As a Clinical Informatics Analyst, I interfaced between healthAlliance and the Northern Region DHB stakeholders. I ensured subject matter expert engagement, and necessary clinical context, for the delivery of health informatics projects and programme outcomes.

As Systems Pharmacist I was responsible for the day to day management of Pharmacy-related and organisation wide systems including electronic medicines management (eMM) technology. I oversaw the testing and implementation of new system releases of the prescribing/anaesthesia system SAFERsleep. I provided direction to the organisation in relation to medication and pharmacy capabilities and system workflows. I was the lead Subject Matter Expert during the scoping and design phase of the hospitals new Electronic Medicines Record/Patient Administration System (EMR-PAS). I ensured appropriate practice guidelines for medication safety and evidence-based workflows were accounted for in system design. This was a 0.5 role, my other role at MercyAscot was as a Clinical Pharmacist.
