Angela is a Director with CrossCountry Consulting’s Business Transformation group. Angela provided leadership and oversight of the strategy & transformation practice which focused on digital transformation, employee experience design, and service delivery model modernization for medium to large enterprise customers as they transitioned to Workday and other systems in HR, Financials and Student platforms.

Enterprise Solution Architect for Workday HR platform with expertise in HCM, Talent, Learning, Recruiting and Compensation. Advising large enterprise clients on HR transformation strategy, unique solutions, business process engineering, change management needs and resource planning. Conduct client readiness assessments, identifying business needs and gap analysis. Accepted an expatriate assignment 2014 & 2015 to develop EMEA offices in London, England and Krakow, Poland while acting as Enterprise Architect for large enterprise global implementation of the Workday application and HR Transformation effort.

Responsible for the planning, design and execution of all Talent Management and Acquisition strategies, systems and processes including applicant tracking and selection, leadership development, performance management, goal setting, succession planning, diversity and inclusion and learning management. Responsible for strategy and planning for the re-organization of GFS Canadian divisions including organizational design, policy creation and standardization, compliance, calculation and design of severance packages within Canadian employment law requirements, selection of outplacement and change management offering.

Managed the corporate human resources function including all aspects of HRIS, recruitment and relocation programs, employee relations, four direct reports and four indirect reports. Coached, advised, and influenced all levels of management in handling a wide range of challenging organizational and people issues.
