My role includes every day troubleshooting and system support, but I also complete and submit Material Master Load Templates for in process and finished products in SAP, as well as for raw materials and packaging for multiple plant codes across North America. I manage monthly Cycle Counts with the areas to monitor inventory accuracy and report those metrics. I also run and report BOM (Bill of Material) metrics each month and hold quarterly BOM reviews with each area where I provide recommendations on how to improve their metrics. I offer SAP support or training for the Quality Technician, the Shipping Coordinator and the MRP Controller, as well as area specialists when needed. I backfill the Quality Technician in her absence. I have a firm overall understanding of SAP from ordering raw materials and packaging to production ... to shipping finished product out the door.
