Personally, I feel the minimal education required to get a real estate license is dangerous. It is important to me to know everything I can so that my customers avoid costly mistakes.My prior education and experience as a Certified Paralegal offer many skills that are crucial to a successful real estate transaction, a few of which are attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and an understanding of legalese.
