Within this role I lead three teams of Senior HR professionals who support and advise Senior and Executive Management across our domestic and global Campuses.My teams’ service provisions include strategic advice; workforce planning; remuneration and cyclical processes; succession planning, end to end employment cycle; change management and organisational review and development including facilitating org redesign and restructures; supporting talent and global mobility teams; pre-retirement and contract negotiations; position management; case management and ER matters; complaints, grievances and performance management, all under the provisions of our complex Enterprise Agreements and Mercer Contracts (Senior Executives). My wellbeing team provide wellness and advice; drive wellness activities and initiatives and manage return to work processes.
