Response to manage end to end hiring cycle for Water& Protection business/Adhesive & Tedlar business in China, and whole hiring for Australia.

 Work closely with the local HR teams and business managers to well understand business requirements on recruitment. And provide consultancy to the line managers and HRBP throughout the overall recruitment process; Take charge of recruiting process implementation and work with recruitment system smoothly as well as to make sure all the data to be maintained timely; Select suitable channels to release out the positions and develop recruiting strategies with HRBP on regular hiring needs and recruiting projects; Manage and maintain recruiting distribution and leverage new recruiting vendor upon on company level to meet with talent needs; Set up recruiting vendor service level agreement, conduct and take care of vendor performance review process; Leverage resources to maintain employee branding and enhance the hiring conversion, including set up the WeChat and other social media recruiting channel; Responsible for China ”Campus Hiring” and keep good relationship with related alumni; Forecast, planning and tracking the staffing budget as well as take care of the vendor cost; Generate related recruitment KPI reports, and make sure data accuracy, e.g. hiring track, headcount forecast and monthly metrics, etc; Keep good relationship with global HR to focus on worldwide recruiting projects and HRIS implementation.

 Develop talent acquisition priorities and objectives as a strategic recruiting partner with line of business stakeholders; Provide suitable candidates via multiple recruitment channels based on business needs and target on-board month; Provide continuous improvement through understanding of measurement tools, scorecards, and recruitment analytic; Develop and execute plans for effective and successful talent sourcing; Assist the HR COE Leader with recruitment projects and initiatives to support the business; Organize and take part in the annual campus recruitment; Integrate assigned division hiring reports, e.g. attrition, hiring track, headcount forecast and monthly metrics, etc.; Utilize recruiting tools & systems to track all candidate information; Provide on boarding files for the new employees to share service team; Managed, reviewed and assessed headhunting vendors.

 Base in GE site and mainly take in charge of healthcare positions recruitment; Lead initial consultations with hiring managers on requisition definition and potential sourcing strategies; Interface with the hiring managers, business HR and other key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction; Develop expertise in understanding the client’s business operations and staffing needs; Advise the Sourcing Team on sourcing strategies; Effectively screen and counsel internal applicants and manages the internal applicant process; Continuously "close" qualified candidates and works to drive offer acceptance; Preparation for candidates’ on boarding; Ensure process compliance with legal and client regulations; Create and communicate status reports for client businesses in support of the recruitment process.
