As Head of Creative Services, I oversee our in-house agency consisting of Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, Content Creators, and Video Producers. I also partner with external agencies to produce all creative marketing for TV, Social, Print Out of Home and In-store experiences.

Currently I am working as a Creative Director at Lumber Liquidators Stores Inc., where I deliver thought leadership and creative solutions that strengthen store’s market differentiation and leadership position. I translate marketing and branding objectives into clear creative strategies. I create new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications. I develop and execute brand strategies and ad campaigns in collaboration with executive team. I lead marketing campaigns across all online and offline marketing channels, including TV, website, email, print, and store design. I develop marketing and brand communication material. I direct all aspects of visual merchandising in stores, including in-store signage and sale sheets. Over the past 3 months I have been absorbing the Lumber Liquidators brand and helping provide consistency through all of its marketing vehicles. I have begun the next stage where I am leading the creative team in further brand development and enhanced customer experience.

In this capacity, I oversaw and directed all creative work across the organization to enable a seamless creative process. I coordinated with executive team to integrate new brand and marketing strategies for building a positive repute of the Circuit City against customers. I led and mentored a marketing team to bring out the teams’ best efforts. I managed all aspects of the brand integration from associate training to visual merchandising. While working as a Manager of Design, Store Environments at Circuit City Stores, Inc, I directed and led a team in designing and creating primarily graphic based solutions which fulfill the needs of specified projects and reinforce the brand image throughout all Circuit City stores. I proposed and developed new design concepts in line with brand vision and corporate strategy. I provided strategic guidance and creative direction to designers in translating a concept into a design. Maintained high quality brand standards across the company. I delivered training to design team, evaluated staff performance, and provided constructive feedback to foster a creative environment within the team.
