Marketing Lead, Project Manager

• Own the project management function for the Marketing team• Partner with Marketing Leadership to prepare project briefs, including defining scope, deliverables, objectives, KPIs, and determining resource, budget, and scheduling needs• Aid teams in removing project roadblocks and risks and facilitate collaboration meetings with cross-functional teams, ensuring that designers, content producers, digital SMEs, and developers have what they need to be successful and are working toward shared goals• Optimize and govern the campaign process and phase gates with the goal of improving speed-to-market, ensuring cross-team operational efficiency, and helping the team track and attain KPIs• Oversee all strategic Marketing projects from start to finish, from initial brainstorming, research, and discovery, through design, implementation, and reporting• Develop and maintain a productive and positive working relationship with all stakeholders to ensure an efficient workflow through engaged team members• Act as the project management software SME for the Marketing team, defining and rolling out standards for how to best use the tool• Build project plan templates in project management software, including tasks, due dates, and assignments, making it easy for cross-functional teams to stay on time, on budget, and on strategy• Manage communications and lead tollgate meetings with sponsors and stakeholders and other departments, providing status updates and ensuring the team has the information and buy-in needed to keep projects on track• Develop and maintain project files, templates and documentation standards and storage• Stand up a Project Management Community of Practice to provide CPI Project Managers and similar roles a platform for networking, collaboration, problem-solving, and continuing education around the project management function through a series of meet-ups and learning sessions
