Responsibilities:➢ Account management- Long-term and day-to-day management of one large account or multiple accounts- Communicate and network at Board Level with highly respected multinational organizations- Lead one KCP relationship➢ Relationship management- Primary relationship owner with an eye towards developing long-term relationships, developing new relationships and increasing revenue significantly beyond initial engagements - Lead preparation of case study upon completion of project ➢ Proposals, Estimates, Timelines and Creative Briefs- Approve and prepare proposals, estimates and timelines for projects- Obtain internal and client approvals as required- Approve, translate and/or write Creative Briefs to ensure the successful delivery of an assignment➢ People management- Participate in hiring new client services employees and work with Client Director to assess and compose client teams- Provide direction and development to team members ensuring performance is managed in line with the performance review process- Allocate resources
