Current7457th Medical Operational Readiness UnitCurrently serving as the Director’s primary representative for over 750 Army personnel across five agencies and three states. My role encompasses a range of technical, analytical, advisory, liaison, and coordinating duties, effectively fulfilling all Senior Manager responsibilities. I lead a team of twelve HR Professionals overseeing the identification, distributing and balancing of workload and tasks among employees. With expert knowledge in HR methods, principles, practices, and evaluative techniques, I advise on and resolve operational issues, including personnel readiness, medical and organizational preparedness. I analyze trends to identify successful practices and areas needing improvement, monitor and streamline submission and tracking processes to reduce processing time and errors, and provide technical review of personnel actions such as promotions, awards, efficiency reports, career changes, reenlistments, transfers, separations, discharges, retirements, unit training and attendance, security clearances, and disciplinary actions for all unit personnel.
