In this role, the Certified Training Manager acts as Chipotle’s single-unit brand ambassador. Certified Training Manager’s or CTM act as the early adopters of training methods, rollouts, and best practices, focused on achieving high KPI goals. They are proven leaders within the field of hiring, training, scheduling, food safety, guest experience, and KPI reporting and results. The CTM travels to other units within the subregion to deliver high class training and support to both new and existing leaders, focusing on delivering high quality feedback that will variably improve and align the standards of the restaurant with the high standards of Chipotle. As a CTM, they act as the catalyst of change within the field and OPs organization, as they lead the charge towards cultivating a better world.
