Stretching and leaving my prior comfortable role was one of the toughest professional steps I've taken, but it made all the difference in my understanding of IT and Systems Engineering.Wanting to shift back into in person support, and make real connection with the users I support, I was blessed again to move into a Senior Helpdesk Role with Bumble Inc. One of the places I was most happy, I was really able to take my blended Apple and Windows experience and put it to great use.
