As General Manager for S.P. Richards, I'm responsible for every aspect of Operations of the Distribution Centers. In this role, I'm ultimately responsible for managing sales, operations, logistics, human resources, inventory control, safety and security and the overall P&L of the DC.

Managed the operation and employees in Customer Service, Purchasing and the Warehouse. I was responsible for the overall direction and coordination of these units. Was ultimately responsible for material handling, production, packaging, inventory, transportation, warehousing, and security of the entire distribution center.

Responsible for the direct supervision of all warehouse personnel and supervisors. I also completed and communicated performance evaluations, provided coaching, training and guidance to all warehouse employees. Additionally, I managed $15 million in inventory and approximately 25,000 unique items that we stocked.

Managed all personnel assigned to the night time shift. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of personnel. Established operational procedures for outbound shipments, handled placement of merchandise and accurate keeping of warehouse inventory.

Responsibilities included pulling line items efficiently and accurately according to the customer's orders and achieving picking quotas using the latest warehousing and picking equipment available. Stocked and fronted inventory on AM shift using PKMS warehouse management software.
