This position is responsible for clinical data entry activities for the Clinical Services team. The position will ensure the highest standards for clinical data integrity and quality are maintained in alignment with Clinical Services efforts aimed to improve the treatment, health and medical outcomes for patients. - Monitor lot start notifications and create new salesorders in ERP system- Review all job-jacket documents according toestablished checklist, prior to install-release, andperform sales order audit- Calculate and enter correct revenue on sales ordersand verify customer PO's match written salesagreements and buyer selections- Ensure sales order margin is within toleranceinvestigate any sales order margins that exceedtolerance and work with operational teams to resolve- Coordinate directly with Customer and internal salesteams to resolve PO issues that might delay revenuerecognition and billing- Work alongside regional finance and operationsmanagement to escalate PO issues timely, and asnecessary (with direction from management), hold salesorders from being released for installation- Track all sales orders with PO or cost issues by properlycoding them in ERP- Provide management with weekly updates on progressresolving sales order issues- Verify sales order revenue and margin post-install, toensure revenue amount and customer PO's account forany additional costs incurred during installation thatwere outside original scope of work- Verify customer PO issues have been resolved and thatPO's match the sales order total- Release sales orders to Finance for revenue recognitionand invoice transmittal- Ad hoc reporting, operational support and other dutiesas assigned.
