Link between P2P specialists, Treasury office and Bank of America;▪ Monitoring discount opportunities based on Net Terms among the Vendors in order to save money and increase the company’s cash flow;▪ Testing new Apple script Street Glide to retrieve invoices from SAP;▪ Tungsten Network management for e-Invoicing;▪ Testing and developing Supplier Connect project in order to save more than 100h per quarter;▪ Supporting OCR to reduce paper invoices, educating vendors for submitting only PDF invoices;▪ Cooperation with Corporate Procurement to track all payments for Utility vendors across Europe;▪ Responsible for posting Preservation files for all EMEIA Retail divisions. Strong cooperation with the Retail Team in Cupertino;▪ Supporting Invoice centralization, planning the best strategy with Italian and French Country controllers.
