I have been in the food industry since I was 9 years old. Starting at the bottom and worked my way to being the boss by the time i was 18 and have not looked back. Being a Kitchen manager I had the opportunity to work with some amazing Chefs that taught me everything I know and love to do still today. I learned to take what I was shown and how to make it my own. Once I became the Chef Manager of my first kitchen and had the chance to show and teach other young cooks how to cook, I knew this is what I wanted to do, and never looked back. I have been a Chef Manager/ Kitchen manager for close to 30 years now. On a more personal note, I am a husband and a father, I love to spend time with my family, both my daughters love cooking like me, my younger daughter is more of a baker, and my older daughter is now working beside me as the F and B front of the house manager. My son managers a store himself. My wife is a professional photographer. I also love to bowl and golf, which is great because my work offers both of them, since we are a Family entertainment center.
