Develop FOUNDRY training guidance for supported units within 60 days of MSE G-2 guidance. Manage the FOUNDRY facility support requirements for the FOUNDRY staff and training units. Meet with 95% of brigade S-2s within two weeks of end of RESET to discuss FORSCOM Intelligence training requirements and assist in planning and scheduling appropriate training ICW unit training requirements. Assist units to prepare FOUNDRY resource projections and oversee submission of Execution Reports.In the absence of the MSE G2, assume and perform all MSE G2 duties. Manage G-2 resources in accordance with Resource Manager, monitor the disbursement/obligation of associated funds; prioritize mission requirement workloads; in accordance with Resource Manager, monitor the disbursement/obligation of associated funds. Provide advice, guidance, technical expertise and support to MSE G2 personnel in clerical matters pertaining to: administrative, procurement, supply and inventory, and facilities management activities. Maintain vehicle, equipment and property records for the MSE G2 section. Maintain material and parts inventory; contact vendors; negotiate prices, schedule and delivery of materials, parts and equipment; prepare purchase requests for supplies, materials, forms, etc., and maintain required records. Coordinate with FORSCOM and DAG8 POCs regarding equipping, training, and readiness matters weekly. Monitor and assist units in accomplishment of FORSCOM Intelligence Warfighter (IWF) training requirements. Identify significant personnel, equipment and training shortfalls as identified in the IRCOP to the SC and FORSCOM G2 at the monthly VTC. Monitor and assist with MI specific systems fielding and NET team activities. Provide guidance, recommendations, and support to units requests for and submittal of Operational Needs Statements (ONS) when justified. Responsible for input into unit OPLANS/OPORDS pertaining to intelligence readiness and training.
