Established O’Hare CrossFit with a mission to revolutionize the fitness journey for our members, achieving personal and fitness goals through a community-centric approach* Successfully ran the first CrossFit affiliate in the O’Hare area for 10 years. * Within three years we cultivated a thriving membership base of 250 individuals through word of mouth, referrals, social media, and community outreach.* My role extended beyond coaching to encompass the full spectrum of business operations, including marketing, sales, HR, and strategic planning.* Generated consistent revenues in excess of $500,000 from 2014 - 2020.* Exited in 2020 with a 192% return on investment.
