Established by the White House in 1987, The Hispanic Heritage Foundation (HHF) identifies, inspires, promotes and prepares Latino leaders through National Leadership, Cultural, Educational and Workforce programs.• Top lead for the yearlong coordination of the Annual Hispanic Heritage Awards which has an attendance of over 2,000 people and 40 plus organizations. Coordinator of the Awards After Party which has over 600 VIPs. Responsibilities include event planning, execution, and wrangling elite sponsors, celebrities, and White House officials at various events• Collaborate and travel with members of staff for the execution of 90 plus programs nationwide while ensuring all sponsorship related deliverables are being executed at program sites• Generate new sponsors and partners to support the foundation's mission and many programs which host over 100 events per year. • Research, develop, and write proposals that are mutually beneficial for the foundation and potential sponsors• Input data on salesforce such as opportunities, leads, accounts, and contacts• Collect information from salesforce to run monthly reports related to fundraising• Tailor sponsorship deck deliverables to capture the needs of foundation sponsors• Collaborate with members of staff towards better execution of company’s plans and business development activities• Manage logistics of responses and pitches, including arranging introductory and follow up meetings while coordinating with program leads when necessary.• Liaison between sponsors, partners, and the foundation PR team to ensure the completion of press releases and social media posting. • Execute contracts, memorandums of understanding, and invoices for new accounts and renewals
