I lead a workforce development program in arts and culture, with a dedicated focus on supporting IBPOC (Indigenous, Black, and People of Color) youth artists and fostering their career growth. In collaboration with municipal and post-secondary partners, I manage cross-sectoral partnerships to create innovative opportunities that bridge diverse industries. Additionally, I oversee comprehensive newcomer programming, enhancing integration efforts and enriching the cultural and professional landscape.
