I am a National Board Certified Teacher who is passionate about leading and serving others in order for them to grow personally and professionally. In the two decades I have spent serving as an educator I have worked alongside many talented individuals who work diligently to ensure the needs of each student are met. I am skilled in data and program tracking and analysis in order to identify trends to support current practices or modify or abandon unsuccessful practices. I possess strong organizational and time management skills that allow for multiple initiatives or projects to occur simultaneously with success. My visionary skills enable me to see where individuals or systems are currently operating and identify next steps in order to achieve continued growth. It is a core belief that teams working with one another should be able to fully trust one another, share ideas, help one another grow in order for there to be success for each individual team member as well as for the greater good. Perhaps my strongest skill is to anticipate the needs of others in efforts to provide the best service and success possible for individuals and systems. Incorporating visionary skills allows me to look ahead and ensure individuals are prepared and supported.
