It is my mission to cultivate strong internal & external business relationships to ease the workload of management & executives through an engaging personality, strong attention to detail, gatekeeping, identifying problem areas and implementing process improvements, and resolving issues if they arise.I have been with the same company (Best Point/Children's Home of Cincinnati) for 23+ years and started as a front desk receptionist. After 1.5 years, I was promoted to Administrative Support in our Mental Health division where I expanded my experience to organizing and maintaining highly sensitive HIPAA data as well as building relationships with clients, internal staff, therapists, and doctors.And for the last 10 years, I have been the Administrative Assistant for our schools including our Autism high school. Between my time with both schools, I provided a full range of Administrative services to roughly 225 students, 93 staff members, and 9 principals. This included data entry, tracking/managing state-regulated IEPs / ETRs, scheduling across multiple internal and external groups, medication management, etc. I have also volunteered time for special events like Alumni events, dinner events, Proms, etc.All the above contribute to my mission of making the lives of others easier and less stressful by being approachable, adaptable, and trustworthy.Career Highlights:- Established reputation of building rapport with students, families, district reps, transportation agencies, & law enforcement personnel.- Relied upon for on-boarding, training, and managing tasks of other admins.- Led a re-org & standardization initiative for school-wide electronic IEP data files.- Trusted with financial collection / tracking for students, parents, and staff for special events.- Handled purchase orders, check requests, and provided Finance with tracking documents.
