Angie is a business consultant with leadership experience developing high-functioning teams that drive impactful, enterprise-level change management programs across global, cross-functional organizations. She leads programs and manages client relationships, appreciating that stakeholder management is crucial for success. Angie leads organizational change and communications efforts for organizational and digital transformation projects. She has experience developing comprehensive change strategies for leading organizations, including programs for Fortune 50 corporations impacting employees worldwide.Angie is a committed community leader known for her ability to build strategic relationships and foster collaboration while cultivating impactful change. Angie was a member of Leadership Plano Class 31 and subsequently served on the Leadership Plano Board. Angie served as President of the Junior League of Collin County (JLCC) in 2014-2015, a nearly 1000+ member volunteer organization. While leading JLCC, Angie championed transformation of organizational strategy and governance and creation of a Diversity and Inclusion program. Angie has been involved in strategy setting for the Collin County Council on Family Violence over the last decade, including serving as Chair and Advisory Chair. Angie is called to community building through youth education and leadership having served on the board of the PISD Education Foundation for many years and as President of Plano Youth Leadership. Angie has a passion for corporate social responsibility and believes corporations that are committed to social innovation programs create positive, lasting change within communities, and by doing so inherently increase employee engagement, develop new leaders, and foster community support.
