I prepared, edited, and submitted as many as 37 grant proposals each year to private and public foundations and government agencies. I secured more than $1.7 million for the College, built relationships with foundation staff, as well as College faculty and staff, and was an integral member of the Campus Legislative Team. I was the Foundation and Government Relations Office's primary prospect researcher and grained proficiency in Foundation Search, GuideStar, Minnesota Grantmakers Online, and Big Database Online.

During my internship at Dads and Daughters (a small non-profit with a mission of making the world more safe and fair for all daughters), I headed up a large research project.
