As a Zschool Program Manager for the Minnesota State University Mankato’s Customer Experience Certificate Program for Executives, I enjoy connecting Universities & Corporations, and I am responsible for the overall direction and implementation of the program.Some of my responsibilities include reaching out to prospective companies and executives, identifying and working with top industry leaders as instructors, managing and updating the program's advisors, facilitating the class, collecting feedback from the executives, and acting as a liaison with the University to make sure the program meets the demanding needs of our students.
