In my role as a Program Manager, I am responsible for the overall direction and implementation of the Digital Marketing and Strategic AI programs at Cornerstone University.Some of my responsibilities include sales and marketing to prospective companies and executives, identifying and working with top industry leaders as faculty, managing and updating the Advisory Board for the program, facilitating the class, collecting feedback from the executives and acting as a liaison with the University to make sure the program meets the University’s criteria for certification standards.

Created the training manual for both the call center and the field marketers while personally training each until they were ready for the field. Unfortunately covid took a toll on the company, and they had to shut down.

Did one on one training for the first step of the hiring and onboarding process by creating detailed menus to best help servers and bartenders learn to best help by their first shift.
