I currently serve as Managing Partner for this human resource consulting organization. We offer our clients consulting expertise in change management, executive coaching, pre-employment assessments, compensation plans and outplacement, among other services. I work as an independent contractor for individuals and organizations in the areas of career management. As president and owner, I also engage in community relations, project management, training design and delivery as needed. Scope of projects have included a wide range of training large groups of 300+ to individuals. I consider myself a well-verse career management advisor with superior ability to effectively coach individuals experiencing transition and/or those that are interested in taking their careers to the next step.

Served as Board Chair for nonprofit benefitting the pediatric congential heart defect community. APHH's outreach currently serves the area's 3 children's hosptials including Joe DiMaggio, Holtz and Miami Children's. APHH provided financial, emotional and other resources to families while their children are hospitalized. At the close of 2014, Angel's Pediatric Heart House became a special fund under the umbrella of Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital.

During my tenure, I directed all aspects of identifying new clients, enchancing relationships with existing clients and developing strategic partnerships and alignments. I also oversaw public/media relations and community relations as needed. Additional duties included working as an executive coach for executives and managers in the areas of career development and change, leadership development, professional networking and image management.
