My career over the past 20 years has spanned across tourism, hospitality and travel, with post graduate qualifications in international tourism and hotel management.I have gained operational experience in five star and boutique hotels. I am passionate about guest service and offering an experience to remember! My depth of management experience includes running two of my own businesses. Having lived in three continents and worked in two, my multi-cultural understanding has further developed my team building expertise. My own management ethos of A.I.M, Authenticity, Integration and Motivation are some of the core attributes I hold myself accountable for my actions and my team.
