Am interested in policy research in a political or charity sector role, using my degree level understanding of politics and economics.At university, I produced extensive research on a wealth of global issues, particularly studying conflicts within the Middle East in the last forty years.     NCF is an NGO that works in resolving conflicts in the middle east through dialogue. My daily role was to research and write short reports detailing relevant issues and developments in the region. The reports were often promoted on the organisation's social media, and my work on Iran's drug epidemic was presented at the 38th Session of the Human Rights Council. I would answer all telephone queries from stakeholders and update social media. Occasionally, the organisation hosted events. I sent invitations, by phone and email, and took minutes. My finest achievement there was my role in the peace conference held to try and ease tensions following Trump's withdrawal from the JCPOA. The conference featured ambassadors from multiple countries as well as an Ayatollah and a member of the US foreign office. I created and gave a 20 minute presentation at the beginning of the conference detailing recent events. The presentation was praised at the end of the event for its clarity and accuracy.

    I was part of a think tank within the council that focused on studying the methods the council used to pass legislation. My role was to create a database summarising and analysing every legislation passed in the last 10 years. This required an excellent eye for detail, as I was producing short summaries of legislative documents between 30 and 50 pages long. Using content analysis techniques, I picked out key words and phrases to ensure my summaries recognised the vital reasoning behind each legislation. Due to the size of the project also required I set weekly deadlines to ensure I managed my workload and could maintain quality standards. I presented my progress at fortnightly meetings with management, taking direction on improvements I could make. Upon completion, the database was praised by management and is now a tool they regularly make use of for future analyses.
