Control supplier cost up and lead top spending supplier annual cost down negotiation.4) Team management—Manage seven plant commodity team5) New supplier—New supplier sourcing and develop to make sure they meet request6) Supplier management—Top 100 supplier directly management. It contains delivery, quality, Customer complain issue handle up and normal supplier management.7) RFQ—New project RFQ handle and award supplier selection.8) Project transfer—Project Localization and transfer handle 9) NPD support—lead new project product pre-design and sample make from supplier side.10) Contract—lead each top spending supplier contact sign

Job Description: 1) Tooling management—all tooling management. Monitor tooling status, EC change for mass production mold. Mold maintain track.2) New project support—work with local RD for some new project pre-design. Provide some professional comments to help them correct some un-logic design structurer.3) New supplier develop—work with procurement and quality team for plant new supplier develop and qualify from technical side4) Project transfer—support procurement team for all project transfer to make sure the next supplier can do normal production.5) Issue handle—help each supplier for their production issue handle up to help them growth6) Tooling qualify—new tooling and transfer tooling qualify

Major responsibility:Project management: Control the schedule for notebook project develop. Make sure supplier can provide the latest sample on time and also make the project can launch on time. Supplier management: New tooling qualify between mold manufacturer and molding vender, to solve the argument between to make the mass production can on schedule.Pre-design: Review part structure with RD to avoid some design mistake and review DFMEA with tooling supplier to make sure their design can meet company spec.Mold trail run—on site to do mold trail run with tooling and molding supplier. Process control and help them to optimize their parameter.Supplier develop—work with cross function for new supplier develop and help weak supplier for their capability improvement.Achievement—handle at least 200sets notebook tooling qualify. From 10 Inch to 17 Inch. And help MSI win lots of business from Dell, LG and so on.

Job Description: Mold design: Work with PE for part structurer optimize, do mold design, transfer the drawing from 3D to 2D, send the drawing to mold manufacturer! Mold assembly: assemble the mold by myself when the core back from mold manufacturer, chamfer the core, test the mold parting line, assembly. Mold trail run: Do mold trail run after assembly. Operate the inject machine by myself, familiar with many types of machine: TOYO, Sumitomo, FUNAC, TMC, Zhengxiong, Toshiba etc.Measure: familiar to use microscope and projective geometry to measure the product.Software: use Pro/E AutoCAD to do mold design, familiar with Mastercam ,UG, Powermill etc.
