Profile bio

About Angus Neilson

I have had a passion for food and cooking since I was a young child. My natural inclination towards the sciences and maths led me towards food technology and I haven't looked back since. I am a problem solver by heart and I find joy in learning new things and applying that information to my job or helping others to gain insight into the obstacles they face.Early in my career, I was fortunate enough to travel around the globe and experience a wide range of production methods, equipment, and facilities. This has expanded not only to my knowledge of food manufacturing but my network of fellow food technologists and those enthusiastic about food.Due to a lucky opportunity, I am currently living and working in Canada. For me, New Zealand will always be home however I am relishing in the opportunities that are here in Canada. Please feel free to contact me via LinkedIn or email if you wish to discuss how my experience and knowledge could help you and your business.

Listed skills include Food Science, Product Development, Food Technology, Sensory Evaluation, and 17 others.
