Key Projects/Achievements:-Instrumental in driving a comprehensive audit of server infrastructure in the region and the creation of a CMDB to enhance maintenance and lifecycle management.-Implemented Active Directory, wireless, Cisco VoIP (Call Manager Express), MPLS, IP Video Conference and a standard backup platform within the region.-Implemented and managed the virtual (VMware) environment in the region. This included provisioning and monitoring of virtual servers. This included tier 1 - 3 support for DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, File & Print, Backup (ArcServe & NetBackup) and Service Contract / SLA management.-Regional member of the Global Network Team responsible for design, deployment, configuration & management of Cisco switches, routers and wireless devices.-Management and maintenance of Lotus Domino and Notes clients including administration and application development of databases and workflow applications.-Mentoring local site support team members within the region on issues or questions surrounding the IT infrastructure or current projects.
