Key Projects/Achievements:-Instrumental in driving a comprehensive audit of server infrastructure in the region and the creation of a CMDB to enhance maintenance and lifecycle management.-Implemented Active Directory, wireless, Cisco VoIP (Call Manager Express), MPLS, IP Video Conference and a standard backup platform within the region.-Implemented and managed the virtual (VMware) environment in the region. This included provisioning and monitoring of virtual servers. Managed and implemented the upgrade to vSphere 4.1.-Implemented a comprehensive server monitoring system for the region based on HP SIM enabling quick response to server issues and ensuring driver/firmware updates remained up to date.-Key driver in 13 office relocations in Australia, Singapore, India, Hong Kong, China, Japan, Korea & Taiwan.-Key member of the regional Infrastructure Team responsible for the successful roll-out of E1, SAP, Agile, Comergent, EDW and Siebel in the Asia Pacific region.Responsibilities-Management of about 200 servers plus storage and datacentre infrastructure throughout the Asia Pacific region.
