I was responsible for optimising the CRM automation journey and driving revenue and adoption of current / new products through email and push with advanced audience segmentation. This included working closely with product managers, designers and copywriters. I was also responsible for adoption and growth of the Refer a Friend programme and business lending product in the UK market.

Increasing and retaining a membership base of over 162,000 cyclists with a skillset that includes email marketing/building with complex data segmentation and automation; highly targeted social PPC campaigns; lead generation through core channels and third party partnerships; and product development which is led with data and a customer experience focus.
