I feel responsible to lead the world to a better path for the next generations through working passionate for animal welfare, health and environmental sustainability. My aim is to combine science with plant-based food to revolutionize the food industry, because I feel responsible to promote sustainability, care for the environment (protect flora and fauna); speak for the voiceless (animal rights). I try to combine my knowledges and experiences with my passion as a professional food technologist person.My career as a young product developer and food application technologist is diverse, interesting, amazing and colorful. I enjoy trying new ingredient innovations for future products, playing with formulations in the lab, and understanding global taste preferences, which all create impactful products to help people live better lives. It is critical to ensure the highest level of quality and safety for each product, making sound science a priority. The best part of my job is working with the most creative, passionate, fun and collaborative people with a common connection: great food science :) !As a product developer, I am asked to understand ingredient functionality to deliver nutrition benefits and applying those skills to finished products.
